About Me

I am a counsellor/psychotherapist living and working in Glasgow, Scotland. I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology, a BACP* accredited Diploma in Counselling, Certificate in EMDR** and a post diploma Certificate in Counselling Supervision.

I am a Senior Accredited Member of BACP, MBACP (Snr Accred) and a UKRCP*** Registered Independent Counsellor/Psychotherapist.

As a Registered Member of BACP, I am bound by its Code of Ethics and Practice and subject to its Complaints Procedure. I am required to undergo continuous professional development and ongoing clinical supervision. Supervision is considered essential regardless of a counsellor's experience and is carried out to ensure that practice standards are maintained.

I have experience of working in a wide variety of settings including private practice, in primary care (GP Practices), with organisations offering counselling to their employees and in the voluntary sector. As a consequence, I have experience of working with a wide range of personal and work-related issues.
